We are located in the Scottish Borders in the Royal Burgh of Peebles, just a stones throw away from World Famous Tweed Valley Mountain Biking destinations Glentress and Innerleithen, the Historic Traquair House, and just a short walk from a Neidpath Castle. We have three branches, two in the Old Town and one along the Northgate.

How To Get To Us
From Edinburgh bus station - the number 62 or x62 bus will bring you straight into Peebles High Street.
From Galashiels interchange - the number 62 or x62 bus will bring you straight into Peebles High Street.
We are located on the Old Town which is a short walk along the high street & turn right over the bridge at the mini roundabout bringing you to the Old Town.
From Edinburgh Hillend - take A703 to A701 through Penicuik, straight ahead at Leadburn onto A703 and continue to Peebles
From Edinburgh Straiton - take A701 and continue through Penicuik, straight ahead at Leadburn onto A703 and continue to Peebles.
From Biggar - take A702, then right onto A721, then left onto A72 and continue to Peebles.
From Galashiels - take A72 straight to Peebles.
There are some parking spaces at the front of our Old Town store where you can park for free for 45 mins. If you are planning a longer visit, there is a Pay & Display public car park behind our Old Town store. For only 50p you can park for 2 hours.
When visiting our Northgate store, there is parking outside the shop with a 45 minute time limit, or we have a free customer car park round the back.

How do I return a faulty item?
Please return the item to the department you bought it from & a member of staff will assist you.
How do I make a complaint?
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase or service received, however if there’s something that you’re not happy with, please speak with us so that we can try to put matters right.

Can I return items without a receipt?
If you cannot find a receipt then we would be happy to exchange or give a voucher for the original amount paid.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return an item to our Old Town departments, please bring it back with a receipt within 28 days of the purchase date, and in a fully re-sellable condition with original packaging/tags. There are no returns on filled bedding and pillows unless faulty. Sale goods are non-returnable also.
In the case of faulty Electrical items being returned, please allow us 3 working days to establish what is wrong with the item and whether it can be repaired or replaced. After the 3 working days a member of staff will contact you to inform you if the item can be repaired, if it is to be replaced or whether a full refund is due.
