Our Café has re-opened with Shannon from Linton Bakes at the helm.

Shannon started Linton Bakes in 2020 making the most amazing occasion cakes and other delicious treats, and her business has grown from there. She opened Linton Bakes at the the Upmarket in Penicuik on 1st February 2024 where she has developed a very loyal local following. Her next venture is taking over our Café located inside the Cookshop and she has hit the ground running! She reopened on Monday 14th April and you will find amazing coffee supplied by local company Braw Beans, breakfast rolls, homemade soups, toasties, and of course lots of scrumptious cakes 🎂.
