Welcome to Castle Warehouse.
Castle Warehouse and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Castle Warehouse, you accept these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future Castle Warehouse service or visit, whether or not included in the Castle Warehouse Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The consumers statutory rights are not excluded or limited in any way in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).

Terms
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information on this Web Site, the manufacturer reserves the right to change any specification without notice. As such, all photographs are as a guide only, and may not necessarily represent the product on offer. Accessories depicted are not necessarily part of the product package.
Customers must ensure that goods are suitable for the purpose intended.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
All items are subject to availability.
All prices are subject to fluctuation without notice. However prices agreed at time of purchase will not change while stocks last.
Any sizes, capacities and dimensions quoted are approximate and for guidance only.
All Customer details are kept in strict confidence and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Any questions or queries regarding the product must be asked prior to ordering.
Shipping is to UK Mainland only and is based on Royal Mail prices. Delivery is mostly between 4 and 5 normal working days, depending on the item being in stock. Once despatched, Castle Warehouse cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Goods must be signed for.
If payment is made by credit / debit card, delivery will be to the cardholders address only. Payment by cheque will entail clearance prior to despatch.
Accessories may or may not incur a carriage charge if bought on their own and not with a Machine (P.O.A).
Damaged, Defective Goods and Cancellation Rights
We supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find damage or a defect you must tell us within 7 days and we will arrange for the return of the goods to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. If the goods returned under this clause are found to be undamaged and in full working order these will be returned to you and may incur an administration fee of 15% of the cost of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
IMPORTANT Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign the delivery note "Damaged Consignment".
Unwanted Goods
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you as the consumer have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Day one to be the day after you receive the goods. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other monies will returned within 30 days date from cancellation, on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition of which they are received.
If we have not received our goods back within that time, the Regulations allows us to deduct what it would cost us to retrieve the goods from you the consumer.
We will however not accept back goods that have been used.

If you buy the goods for use in a business, we will not be liable for any indirect loss, or any loss of business or profits, savings you expected to make, wages, fees or expenses caused by the goods or any part of them breaking down or stopping working properly If the goods break down or stop working properly during a manufacturers warranty period, we will try to replace them or repair the fault as soon as reasonably possible after you have reported it and returned the said goods to us.
