Shipping
Shipping is to the UK mainland only.
Shipping is based on Royal Mail prices. Overseas delivery is available.
Goods must be signed for.
If payment is made by credit / debit card, delivery will be to the cardholders address only. Payment by cheque will entail clearance prior to despatch.
We are not able to give a time or specific date for goods despatched on our standard free delivery, though delivery will usually be within 4 - 5 normal working days.
Damaged or defective goods
We supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 7 days and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you.
If the goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order these will be returned to you and you may incur an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage.
Important. Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign the delivery note "Damaged Consignment". This would help us greatly on any claim that may arise.
Unwanted Goods
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you as the consumer have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Day one to be the day after you receive the goods. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us and other monies will returned within 30 days of cancellation, on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition of which they are received.
If we have not received our goods back within that time, the Regulations allows us to deduct what it would cost us to retrieve the goods from you the consumer.
We will however not accept back goods that have been used.
